Delivery
Orders placed before 3.30pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed before 3.30pm on Saturday's will also be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 3.30pm Saturday onwards will be dispatched on the following Monday. All UK mainland deliveries should be received within 48 hours. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. You will be notified if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed.

Delivery Address
Delivery Address will be requested on checkout and will be used for the dispatch address of your order.

What if an Item is Out of Stock?
If there is a problem with the stock for your order you will be notified immediately and will be entitled to a full refund. We will make every effort to find you a suitable alternative, should you wish.

Pricing Policy
All our products are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate. We offer a simple currency converter on our site which should be used as a rough estimate of the price in the chosen currency. We recommend you use www.xe.com to verify the correct total.

Method of Payment
You can make your payment by any major Credit or Debit card. The full list can be found on the main page of this site.
When will you be charged
Your card will be debited when you place the order, as is the case with most online stores and, of course, high street stores. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any item you will be entitled to a refund to your card to the value of that item.

Card Security
Please do not e-mail your card details to us. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way.

The utmost care and consideration is taken to ensure that your card details are secure. This is achieved by encrypting your card number at the time when you place your order. It is imperative that you type in the cardholders name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the statement.

Card fraud is illegal and will lead to prosecution in all cases.

Return of Goods Policy
All returns or exchanges must be completed within 14 days of placing your order.
Items to be returned must be unused, unworn and unwashed, complete with their original packaging, tags, and our supplied receipt/invoice.

If an exchange is required for an item of higher value, the new item will be dispatched upon payment of the price difference. Full postage fees are applicable to any exchange; however this is at our discretion.
You will be required to organise, and pay for the return of goods to our address.

Goods purchased at our retail stores cannot be returned to our online store.
Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights, and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.

Return of Goods Procedure
Contact the returns department including the following information:

Your Order Number
The Reason for Returning the Item
Details (please include the stock code from the product detail page) of any Replacement Item(s) Required

We will confirm receipt of your email within 1 working day, or 2 working days if the email is sent on a Saturday or Sunday, and you will be instructed on what action you will need to take to return the goods.

The original receipt or invoice must be returned. We will not proceed without this.
Once the returned goods have been checked and verified, your account will be credited, or exchange completed as necessary.
For your safety It is recommended you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post.

Faulty Goods
If in the unlikely event goods are arrive faulty, a full refund, replacement or exchange will be available upon confirmation of the fault, plus the cost of postage and packing (equal to the original postage and packing cost incurred by IConsume, unless proof of postage cost is supplied) and any other costs that have incurred as a direct result of faulty goods being supplied (providing proof is supplied).

Refunds
All refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase. Please allow 4 days for the refund to credit your account.

Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason. The 14 days start from when you receive the goods.

Complaints
We strive to provide the very best service and make sure this site is working well and all information kept up-to-date. If you have any complaints or see anything that you know to be incorrect please email us so that we can correct it. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and inform you of how we will intend to resolve the dispute.

We may use customer information for marketing and promotional purposes. We do not sell IConsume customer information to any outside company or third party. Protecting your order information is a priority for us so we make every effort to protect your order online by using a secure sockets layer technology. SSL encrypts your order online to avoid any decoding of that information of anyone other than the necessary processing parties. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock then, depending upon your browser, SSL is active.
