Why is my Address not just UK Mainland.
The courier charges extra for delivering to remote and less populated areas, this is why when choosing your delivery country, you should select the correct option, like 'UK - Scottish Highlands' and not 'UK - Mainland'. If you select the wrong option we will cancel/refund your order and let you place the order again.

  • 'UK - Scottish Highlands' are a 2 Day service and classed as the following postcodes:
    AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH30-41, PH49-50, PH14-26
  • 'UK - Islands' are a 2 Day Service and classed as the following postcodes:
    Jersey, Guernsey JE, Isle of Man IM, Isle of Wight PO30, Scilly Isles TR21, Channel Islands, 
    HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

  • 'UK - N.Ireland' is on a 2 day service, for N.Ireland, you must select 'UK - N.Ireland'.

We will email you with your tracking details.
The courier will only make 1 delivery attempt, if you are not at home you will need to contact the courier and arrange a re-delivery, or arrange to collect your parcel from the depot.

No delivery service is guaranteed, there are many variables like roadworks, trucks breaking down, car crashes, flooding & bad weather that can delay deliveries, currently our courier has a 99.2% delivery rate.

All UK mainland deliveries should be received within 2-5 days.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. You will be notified if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time.
If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed.

If your parcel has not arrived with within 7 days after dispatch, you must inform iConsume Immediately. If you do not inform iConsume within those 7 days, then we may not be able to compensate you the customer. All tracking information is emailed to the customer on the day of dispatch. We advise to track your parcel every day until arrival. If you do not receive this information, please check your spam filters or contact iConsume for help. If your tracking information does not work, then please contact iConsume for help.

Delivery Address
Delivery Address will be requested on checkout and will be used for the dispatch address of your order.
If you are paying by PayPal we only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.
If you do not complete the 3D secure process and ask for the parcel to be delivered to an alternate address we may ask for ID.

Return of Goods Policy

All returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of placing your order.

Items to be returned must be unused, unworn and unwashed, complete with their original packaging, original swing tags (items returned without original packaging void any rights to refund or exchange).

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us.
If you ordered multiple items and received FREE shipping and return an item that takes your order value below the FREE shipping threshold, we will refund you minus the shipping charge of £5.

If an exchange is required for an item of higher value, the new item will be dispatched upon payment of the price difference.
We will send any size exchanges FREE of charge within the UK.

Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be held for the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights, and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.

Please note in the interests of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned, this applies to: Swimwear, Underwear, Cosmetic Products.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our returns department by emailing or phoning on 0141 226 8972, quote your order number, which starts with 'WEB' in the 'subject' field including the following information:

Your Order Number:
Your Name:
Your Address:
The Reason for Returning the Item:
Details (please include the stock code from the product detail page) of any Replacement Item(s) Required

2. We will confirm receipt of your email within 1 working day, issue you with a returns number and returns address, you will be instructed on what action you will need to take to return the goods.
We only accept returns with a returns number, items without a returns number will not be accepted for a Refund/Exchange.

3. Once the returned goods have been checked and verified, your account will be refunded/credited, or exchange completed as per the terms of the 'Return of Goods Policy'.
Please remember, we can only accept returns where the items are in a 'sellable' condition, i.e if you have ripped/defaced the box, thrown away the tags or worn the items, then we will have to reject your return and you will need to pay to have it returned to you.

For your safety It is recommended you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post.

Faulty Goods
If in the unlikely event goods are arrive faulty, a full refund, replacement or exchange will be available upon confirmation of the fault, plus the cost of postage and packing equal to the original postage and packing cost incurred by iConsume when sending goods
All refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase. Please allow 7 days for the refund to credit your account.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason. The 14 days start from when you receive the goods.

How NOT to Return an Item

1. Stuff the item into a bag.
2. Post the item back without a returns number.
3. Hope we will refund/exchange the item.
4. Be surprised when no refund/exchange is forthcoming
5. Be annoyed at yourself because you have to collect the item or pay for postage to have it sent back to you because you never followed the 'How to Return an Item' section above.

Distance Selling Regulations

The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise you have 14 working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a refund.

The 14 working days starts from the day after you receive your order.
To comply with the Distance Selling Regulations we need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you will need to contact us quoting your order number. (see 'How to Return an Item' below).
Items returned without Written Confirmation are not covered under 'Distance Selling Regulations' and will not be eligible for a Refund.
