Delivery Options

Courier (Next Day Delivery) - FREE when you spend over £50 // £4.75 when you spend under £50.
Courier (Saver 12-14 Days) - £3.50
Courier (AM Delivery) - From £5
Courier (Saturday Delivery) - From £5

All orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be delivered the next 'working' day.

Royal Mail (2-5 Days) - FREE when you spend over £50 // from £2.50 when you spend under £50.

All orders placed Monday - Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours and sent using a 48hr service.

Terms

* 'UK - Scottish Highlands' are a 2 Day service and classed as below 
IV1 to 11, IV14 to IV28, IV40, IV51 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to 3, KW5 to 14, PA21 to 38 & PH33 to 41.
* 'UK - Islands' are a 2 Day Service and classed as below
Isle of Man, Channel Islands, HS, IV41 to 49, IV51, IV55 to 56, KA27 & 28, KW15 to 17, PA20, PA41 to 49, PA60 to 78, PH42 to 44, ZE.
* 'UK - N.Ireland' is on a 2 day service.

We will email you with your tracking details, the courier will also email you with tracking details.
The courier will on the morning of delivery text/email you with a 2hr delivery slot, you can accept or change this.
Parcels that are not collected from the depot within 5 days will be returned to us, there will be a £5 charge for this service.

All UK mainland deliveries should be received within 2-5 days. 
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. You will be notified if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. 
If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed.

If your parcel has not arrived with within 7 days after dispatch, you must inform iConsume Immediately. If you do not inform FBS within those 7 days, then we may not be able to compensate you the customer. All tracking information is emailed to the customer on the day of dispatch. We advise to track your parcel every day until arrival. If you do not receive this information, please check your spam filters or contact FBS for help. If your tracking information does not work, then please contact iConsume for help.

Delivery Address
Delivery Address will be requested on checkout and will be used for the dispatch address of your order. 
If you are paying by PayPal we only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.
If you do not complete the 3D secure process and ask for the parcel to be delivered to an alternate address we may ask for ID.
