We recently added our whole collection of magazines onto the website!
This is relatively new for us here at iConsume, we have of course had experience of magazines before! Our store having them is a little bit of a different story however.
We have some great mags in the fields of Art and Design, Graffiti, Photography and Graphic Design. Below there’s a list of what magazines fit the genre and small piece on each mag.
Art and Design:
First up is Frieze – Europe’s leading art and design magazine it features artists breaking through as well as the latest practices emerging on the art scene.
Next is Aesthetica – A magazine to combine both the UK and International art scene with debate’s while exploring the best in contemporary arts.
Finally Wooden Toy Quarterly – A design heavy lowbrow art publication presenting creative culture as a lifestyle that cannot be separated from a love of art, illustration, photography and graphic design.
Graphotism – The worlds biggest and longest running graffiti art publication, each comes more like a book with top quality printing, back binding and sleek style. Also collectible to form a library of editions.
Kingbrown – Produced by a street artist and graphic illustrator this magazine captures the work of internationally acclaimed artists in many fields and many mediums. Comes in a sealed bag with some goodies.
Very Nearly Almost – Focusing on UK street art it brings the latest news and pictures as well as in-depth interviews with influential artists.
Aperture – Founded from a non profit organisation dedicated to promoting photography. This quarterly magazine has a experimental nature and editorial freedom and brings all that the founders stand-ed for in each issue.
Grafik – A bi-monthly international magazine available since 2003, it continues to be an essential read for all graphic designers and students due to its connections throughout the Graphics world, and publications of the most awe inspiring pieces of graphic design.
Creative Review – A monthly magazine that includes the latest most original projects available in the fields of graphic design and fields closely related to it.
